@init2005 although im a proud bicolano, i have to say that i agree with you... i watched the event myself and found that some of them were a little bit overthought yung mga designs ng damit...yung iba nman nagmumukhang mga tanga na imbis mag martsa, para nang sumasayaw...pero siyempre we should respect their taste kah8 minsan baduy nga lng... Sa lhat ng mga sumama sa military parade...University of Saint Anthony lng ang nagustuhan q...hindi dahil sa diyan aq nag aaral but because sila ang orig..

Military as in military talaga ba sila? Dapat may dala silang banners para alam kung saang service sila ng Military. Scout Ranger, Army, Airforce.

@init2005 very 194gotten na yang taste mo kasi.. its 2010 for G@* sake.. syempre nag evolve na yan to something suited this decade.. iba naman kasi nung kapanahunan mo malamang di na maaappreciate ng younger generations yan..

The penafrancia military parade has degenerated into a circus. Just look at those costumes...baduy! Majorettes with umbrellas, band members with episcopal miters, etc. How ridiculous! Look at how the majorettes sway their hips and how the band majors sway their arms -- overacting and very unnatural. The "loud colors" of the uniforms and headgears ala Buckingham palace guards (how inappropriate for the tropics) make the cadets look more like clown than soldiers!
