Pilates is great for toning, coordination, building muscle tone, breath, weight loss and stress reduction. this is a great quick full body workout you can do 2 - 3 times a week in addition to your regular workout routine.

Pilates is a great way to enhance the mind body connection while giving you a complete full body workout. Be mindful of each exercise. Create awareness with each muscle as it moves. Breath deeply and fully. Engage deeply and fully. Then release fully as well. It's not just about creating muscle strength, but rather awareness. You can create deeper connection with your muscles by purposefully engaging them.
