Your instructions are very clear! I love it! You are knowledgeable, succinct, and give better directions than the Pilates teacher at the gym where I tried and failed to stick with it. I think it's more likely that I will this time. Thanks so much.

Same for me kye909. I have gone thru alot in the last few years and have gained about 60 pounds, will your 10 minute workouts help me with getting my body back. Yoga is really healing my inside, my outside needs help.

I'm 55, out of shape, starting pilates to help with chronic back pain. I love your short beginner workouts, can actually get thru them without getting fatigued and feel successful and strengthened. So glad I found your videos. Thanks!
