If you need to start with a flesh toned eyeshadow as a base, begin there! I usually skip this step since I get this effect from applying foundation, concealer and powder to my lids =)

In this video:
Coastal Scents 88 Matte Palette
Coastal 42 Shimmer/Blush Double Stack Palette
Brushes: Filbert & Angle from Michael's
Blending brush came with a Kirkland brush set from Costco
Glitter was picked up ages ago- purple and gold glitter mixed. Looking for a brand to suggest to you all! MUFE is expensive for something used so infrequently ;)
Cheeks: Milani blush in Sweet Rose (awesome blush!)
Lips: Rimmel 1000 Kisses lipliner in Natural with Revlon Primrose on top- with clear gloss!
Pepto Bismol nails brought to you by Wet N' Wild nail polish in Tickled Pink

  • @helenita05 Hi again =) Yes, the filbert brush is great. It was no more than $4 at Michael's!

  • I wish you could've shown how you finished it and the glitter part too :(

  • @llJecikall I will change up how I do videos in the future and make sure I show the finished look at the end! Thanks =)

  • @Palettagirl Nope, never claimed that. I like using my fingers when it's practical- quickly applying eyeshadow in the crease or all over the lid, pressing primer onto your eyelids or applying a highlight. I very specifically said in the video you're referring to that fingers are just impractical for other things like a more defined crease (shown here) or lining bottom lash line (shown here). I think sometimes people only hear what they want to hear :/ Let's keep things in context.

  • your earrings look such a pretty purple...do you remember where you got them?

  • @helenita05 I went to Michael's and I COULDN'T FIND that brush.... Does it look like that pencil brush 219 from Mac???? Because that's the one I really want/need.......... lol. Thanks for your reply.

  • hi, can you please tell me what numbers (or names and brand) are on the brushes you are using? never even thought of checking at micheals, are they pretty decent?

  • Ok... where does one purchase Coastal Scents makeup? Although I do see it online, but would like to see it in person first. And I don't see the 88 Matte Palette anywhere. Ugh.

  • You have one of those faces that look amazing without makeup, but just as amazing with it.

  • Has anyone ever told you that you have amazing bone structure? Because you totally have the most amazing cheek bones I've ever seen!
