redneckfest janesville 7-4-09

This is the setup of the mainstage of Redneckfest 2009. Many individuals donated thier time to help with the construction of the stage. The staging materials were donated by several companies. A heartfelt thanks to all who came out and helped to make this festival a reality. This is a festival that everyone can afford to attend, and in my eyes that is important in these tough economical times. There is no count on the number of people who attended, but we did run out of drinking wristbands one hour into the event. We started with 250 wristbands. Many changes are in the horizon for 2010. Safety will be a focus, along with an expansion of entertainment. Not that the 15 events were not sufficient, but we are looking to make this comming year even better. Again, thanks to all the bands and Jerdog the comedian, and all the wonderful folks who pitched in. And thanks to the officials in Janesville who allowed us to do this!!! God Bless!
