Crazy Horses by British band Tank

1982 - Power Of The Hunter:

1. Walking Barefoot Over Glass
2. Pure Hatred
3. Biting And Scratching
4. Some Came Running
5. T.A.N.K.
6. Used Leather
7. Crazy Horses
8. Set Your Back On Fire
9. Red Skull Rock
10. Power Of The Hunter

There's a message floatin' in the air
Comes from, crazy horses ridin' everywhere
It's a warning, it's in every tongue
Gotta stop those crazy horses on the run

What a show, there they go smokin' up the sky, yeah
Crazy horses all got riders, and they're you and I
Crazy horses , crazy horses

Never stop and they never die
They just keep on puffin' how they multiply
Crazy horses, will they never halt?
If they keep on movin' then it's all our fault

So take a good look around,
See what they've done, see what they've done...
They've done, they've done, they've done, they've done...
Crazy horses, crazy horses...

  • The osmonds use a YAMAHA YC 45 D organ great sound!

  • anyone know how to play that keyboard slide at the intro?

  • The ONLY Osmond song that found a crack in my armour of despair at my dumbass sisters. I would say it was all down hill after that but not sure they were ever anywhere near my hill in the first place. Not over keen on the Tanks version but as a band... very much underrated. I feel this number needs lots of base and literal craziness happening but I know that's just my view.

  • The original song was not really too much of a hit in the USA and I had no idea anyone had ever done a remake of it. It was a pretty odd song for the Osmonds to have done in the first place. The original dates from when environmental concerns first really took hold in the general public after 1970, since the lyrics are about cars and the damage they cause.

  • interestingly, i never liked the original. i was glad these guys and lawnmower death covered it, makes me feel better.

  • someone needs to put the single version on youtube!!

oh and kenvorland, I commend you for using the umlaut in motörhead

  • haven't heard this since 85 and forgotten how raw it sounds, great music unlike the xfactor BGT photofit production line crap we are force fed nowadays!

  • The Tank single version is much better, it has got that screaming sound as well

  • Let's ride some crazy horses down toward the gates of Metal!

  • nothing like the original version.....sorry these guys did a good job but sadely left the most important part out of the song and that sucks!!! talking about the screamy sound the Osmands have in the beginning of the song......
