Yes I know some things don't make sense. I was trying to make a pizza, and was hungry and was trying to vlog all at the same time. And I know 165 might not seem like a lot to you guys out there, but I work on camera in Hollywood and when your own people call you fat, you know it's bad. We're all in the same boat, so forgive me but I need to lose the weight also, or lose out on job opportunities. kthanxbai

ps all those meals were not all that bad actually, a little extra seasoning and I was good and happy! :D

You will lose a ton of weight the first week because it's mostly water weight. And the 'easy to lose' fat.

And ya, I know you're working out a little, so it counts but a regular workout routine is what I mean..

What I mean in the end is if you deprive, you will eventually crave and binge and then feel guilty.. my thought process skips ahead sometimes.

  • Try the santa fe style rice (I think thats what it's called) Its filling and yummy... oh and oddly enough the tuna noodle casserole one! Good luck to your friend. It's a battle, but it'll be worth it!

  • @P00P0STER0US Awesome, thanks man! :)

  • I should clarify, I don't think your friend should *worry* about her weight loss ever. I doubt stress ever helped a woman lose weight and keep it off. Good luck to her, and good on you for being supportive!

  • I don't think your friend should worry about her weight loss for at least a month...it's not a short term goal. It's exactly as you say, it's about making good choices, and I'll add that good choices lead to good long term habits, and it's the habits that keep the weight off. Weight loss is about creating a new person, body and mind, and short term goals only work on the body.
