Put a goldfish in a small place which is better than being eaten like most of them are. but its OK to lock 2 men in a cell for 23 hours a day to make sure they are turned into monsters if they hadn't been before. Why give a shit about goldfish, anything with a rat brain or smarter sure. &Don't act like you've never broken the law, stealing, drunk driving, selling drugs, fighting or threatening .... 90% of us deserve to do time just haven't been caught.
