@OddDella60 Oh yes it does bug on a KP. I had one last thursday on my MacBook 2,1 because of the Boot Camp-partition while I was playing music in iTunes.

Well, it's a note book. Not a pc You can't play dvd. but you can see video with a player, in .mkv, .avi, .mp4, ect... You can play games. flash game. (some flash games are realy fucking good.) and some other games with wine. You can't use firewire : Yup. and so? Don't have two usb port : go buy a Hub… Change the battery : Apple can do this for you. Third party software : Are sure about it? :D Upgrade : I never see any note book upgradable... and to finish : sound doens't bug when you have a KP
