I love the variety that you use Tony. Loved seeing the kickbacks in the routine, they get so much negative press. Doesn't push/pull usually mean compound moves? I like antagonist pairing for isos too but usually just say ag/antag pairing instead.

hey tony, im play cornerback for my high school football team, im 510 and 150 pounds. my goal by the fall is to be 160 pounds or more of solid muscle, and i wanted to know how could i go about doing dat? wat workouts shoud i concentrate on? and i wanted to know do you have any work outs dat can help improve my speed? thanks.

Hey i had a question about your constant low body fat. In your videos you always have extremely low body fat. Is it a lot harder for you to gain muscle then since you probably have to have a lower calorie diet? how do you do it?

@kingkong2321 muscle tissue is approximately 70 percent water 22 percent protein and 8 percent fatty acids and glycogen. If all the extra calories consumed are used for muscle growth during resistance training, then about 2500 extra kilocalories are required for each 1-lb increase in lean tissue.
