  • I feel bad for you about your bladder infection. However watching you and listening to you say, "Trying to, eating out, wine, soda, plus not working out as hard due to your infection", all that proves there wouldnt be a big loss. You trying is not doing. My motto is: Do NOT TRY! DO!" As soon as you feel better and can workout hard and eat only approved food you WILL lose weight and be healthy. Only thing is you have to get real! Four negative factors and you cannot expect a big change.

  • Hm..You seem stressed out and doubtful that it will work. Thats the problem with diets and siuch- if you go into them thinking they wont work, most often thats what happens.  Mind over matter ;) I hope something works out for you! if so- please send a message and let me know!

  • You seem to be struggling. Review my videos and see the foods I am preparing from the Flat Belly Diet Cook Book. The four day jumpstart really works! I tried it and lost 5 pounds. That was in March 2009. I then got sidetracked due to personal issues, then deciding to relocate out west really threw me off. However, I am settled now and have recommitted myself to the lifestyle change.

  • how can you accurately review a diet if you don't follow it exactly?

  • Excuses, excuses, excuses!

  • The problem is not so much HOW MUCH you eat, but WHAT you eat. I doubt exercise will help you any either.
