You can do these with a soldering iron also if you don't have a hot air gun. I should make a video on the technique.

@joetaylor79 I have one at work that I convinced the company to purchase, but not much experience with hot air rework. I couldn't find much in the way of howto guides on hot air rework, so I have just been figuring things out by trial and error. Your videos are very helpful.

I think the temperature was 350-400 Celsius and the airflow was around 25% or a little bit more.
