    I listened to all his LPs in the early 1970s. John Peel introduced my flatmate and me to his music on his late night shows in those days. It is wonderful to have rediscovered him.

    This is how I still look at the love of my life as she prepares a Sunday dinner or just an evening meal with our children and grandchildren causing a riot. When I listened to this song as a teenager I hoped I would meet someone who would make me feel like that. I DID :-) RIP Clifford, the Alan Bennett unsung genius of lyrics!
