Okay, her name is Sunako Nakahara.
The '-chan' is an affectionate, non-translating Japanese suffix that is sometimes added to the names of girls and young children.
Boys' names are appended with '-kun' and the suffix '-sama' is used for someone who is your superior, as in royalty, your boss, customers in stores, etc. The suffix '-san' is a generic suffix for anyone.
Those are the basics. Its a cultural thing. Watch some more Japanese shows and you'll catch on.
