when i go onto my media it says your media can not be syncranized and then bellow this is says you have selected your blackberry device drive and then it says there isnt enough space to syncranize your media .select another drive what do i do because im getting hacked off with it :/ please help me .thanks

@Ddouble3308 Honestly this video's quite shite. just drag music files from itunes or whatever onto the removable disk on my computer. But this'll only work if you click accept on you blackberry when the mass storage thing comes up.

Hey i need help
i just bought a new blackberry curve and i have tried to install things e.g pictures, music etc
but when i plug my blackberry usb to the phone it comes up on my MY COMPUTER as removable disk i click on it and it says ( insert Disk into driver )
i have already done that and downloaded the file to my computer will anyone help me please ?
