Good grief. This guy is a total idiot. Sorry, but nearly SIX minutes to change the fascia? Basically the reason he can't open it easily is because there are 2 kind of release tabs at the top of the phone (on the rounded edges.) Run your tweezers/tool round them and the top will just click off easily. This video sets my teeth on edge. That poor phone....
