I heard only some people will able to get the Blue flames and star if they can only use All stars BTS, will we all get the blue flames if we play the all stars or is it just some of us?

@BEASTYGAMERS I'm pretty sure All stars BTS only gives a star nameplate but Bungie has said that they're going to make Blue Flames available to everyone soon.
