These guys need to dig a little deeper themselves, they really haven't seen the scope of what near death experiences have revealed. There have been alot of atheists who have had NDE's and experienced entering heaven and being in the presence of unconditional love and peace. These experiences are either a dreamscape of the brain or disprove that there is one true religion, and that there is a truly loving god that redeems all humans.

So people describe surgical tools that they already know what they look like from prior experiences. Are you honestly going to tell me someone has never seen surgical tools ever?
That is why the sign is used as the control, an actual test and since they can see those surgical tools so well, what prevents them from describing the sign? Even when told to look for it if they do have such an event?

Atheists are barking up the wrong tree. I believe the root of all religion lies in the mystical experience, but western religion have been so contorted and misconstrued that they've come to mean God as entity and creator. Atheists figure out religion is merely man-made concepts and that fundamentalists are usually all quite insane, yet that's as far as they ever go. They embrace conventional "theoretic" science like christians embrace old books and deny conscious experiences beyond this reality.

@Hanahleia YOU ARE EXACTLY RIGHT!!! you are the first person i have ever heard say that on any of these videos! CONGRATS!
yes, before death massive amounts of the hallucinogen DMT are released into the brain, in animals it has been observed to relieve the stress of dying. It has also been proven in humans, DMT is what causes dreams and is indigenous to the body.

DMT is speculated to be released during a near-death-experience. These guys didn't address that here. It can cause a mystical experience, a feeling of cosmic consciousness, an intuition of something "higher," a kind of overmind. If you're religious, you'll interpret it through your religion, if you're atheist, then you might lean more towards a mathematical explanation such as a "higher dimension" or something like that. Matt ought to smoke DMT. I bet he'd question his whole atheistic position.

@666j1 Your fucking delusional.

pity.. all the smart atheists have real jobs. atheisism can heighten your state of thinking (in a logical/ problem solving way). unfortunately these fellowa aren't the brightest bulbs in the box. you can super charge a burnt out bulb but it's still a piece of shit

@yeshuahfullofit besides, why else would the majority of the people be either religious or spiritual?its not just seeking emotional comfort or ignorance. so, if you'd like to experience something which is beyond the mind and something the mind will never be able to comprehend i suggest you get in touch with your soul/consciousness/awareness and live in the moment , and yes you can get confirmation its real , and you can 'feel' your soul. or you could stay stuck in the intellect/mind. up to you.
-
@yeshuahfullofit You can connect to this 'source' or as people in NDE like to refer it as 'radiant white light' but you have to leave your mind , opinions and what you think are 'truths' behind. as a former atheist this was very hard to do but im glad i did because it is very rewarding as i realized my true nature in the process. you dont have to follow any moral codes or religions to connect to the source because its already within you.
Please, everyone. Don't engage idiots who have the scientific understanding of 10 year olds and who talk about monitors registering "no life." (I loled when I read that btw). These people are worthy of nothing but mockery.
