Hi, here's a version of Persian Rug minus the verse...I play it on the guitar in Bb so you will need to transpose it for the uke.

Magnificent playing! BUT, anything but a "simple version" . Double strums and resquiadoes(sp?) aren't simple to us Sunday string thumpers. Heck, most of us are lucky to play a C6 without string buzz. ;)

I wasn't kidding. You are great. I see you are from Belgium and a friend of mine said he saw him in France. He used to play about an hour from my house at Tony Paco's in Toledo Ohio. You are of a caliber to work with those guys.

Then I must apologise. It sure is quite the compliment coming from an accomplished player like yourself. Thank you so much! I once saw the Cheap Suit Serenaders perform here in Belgium some ten-fifteen years ago. I have always liked Crumb and his impeccable taste in music.
