Well being born here and living here all my life, I can say that it really depends on the mood you're in. If I'm in a good mood I usually say "Nawfuck" but if not then I say "Norfuck".
Virginians talk more or less southern depending on their mood.

I was positive the natives called it "Naw-fuk", since the traditional Tidewater dialect is non-rhotic...?
