We all know that the key to losing fat and getting a flat belly/stomach is persistence.
We all know that if you don't stick to a plan we'll never reach our fat loss or fitness goals.
In this video I take it once step further and talk about why it is so "hard" to be persistent.
The truth is that it is easy to be persistent when you enjoy what you are doing. Don't try to follow a fat loss plan or program if you don't enjoy it. You'll likely give up after a few weeks.
Find a nutrition program and fitness program that you enjoy. You must enjoy the exercises you are doing, you must enjoy the foods you are eating or it is very unlikely that you'll stick to the plan and reach your fat loss goals!
