May I ask what distro and theme you are using? I really like it. Also, what is the name of the dock you are using? Doesn't look like Cairo-Dock, which I find too bulky.

Can you get anything from the internet? What format are they in and what distros would this work for other than Ubuntu and other Debian based distros?

@gemriderz umm.. thats gnome-do. You can look for it in Ubuntu Software Centre.
