A true fan comment!! - people who dont know Whitney think her albums were her at her best - when in fact it was Whitney (Vocally stripped back) - you had to see her LIVE to know 'OH MY G.' - when I saw Whitney in '88 on her Moment of Truth tour - it changed the way I viewed music and my favourite artist became even more endearing and Whitney is the Reason 'Mariah's first 5 albums' sound the way they do - nowadays Mariah is her own creation! (what was Mariah's last album like ???? anyone!!! - No!

This my favorite Whitney song. My soul mate and I used to dance the hell outta this song. I think is was the first 12 inch released. I had DJ friends.... So yes I have the copy. Hearing it live makes me kinda wet.

This is amazing for me. My best friend and I used to dance like fools at afterhours on this jam. This inflection, This VOICE. NO ONE! and I say NO ONE could TOUCH WHITNEY at this point. The voice of a generation, THE VOICE OF A CENTURY! NO ONE could touch her at this point. GOD'S SPEED WHITNEY. COME BACK TO US.

Whitney was a higher soprano than Patti even! Patti may scream out certain notes Whitney chooses not to but Whitney trust can belt just as high, and these notes are G5# A5/Bb5 in real chest voice not mix. Whitney was the highest soprano in prime!!!!!!!!!!!
