@ILovestorms You know, I would... but Time Warner, is just "meh." Their customer service was not always the best, but you know, prefer seeing local TV stations now. The ABC affiliate here in Dallas is like nuts when it comes to weather (and their meteorologist does a good tease, too!).

@ILovestorms I have DIRECTV and get personalized TWC 8s thing over the national one by zip code but if I tune in it too close to the time or when it is in the middle I would get the national one.

@paulmelton70 Yes, it was. That's why it prompted the flash flood warning, which is being scrolled at the bottom of the screen. Slow-moving thunderstorms can produced very heavy rain in a short period of time, which can cause flash flooding.
