ive been watching this walkthrough for past 2 or 3 days now and i love your walkthrough +your commentary ^^, im at the part where you fight Reverse Armour in Traverse town and i keep dying at that part and play on Expert :P. and i beat Cerberus and Claton without Cure ^^ easy, i thank you for the walkthroughs, i hope you make more walkthroughs of some others ^^ 5/5 + Subscribed

That's the Scan ability. You get it through leveling. To activate it, you have to go to the main menu and select "Abilities" then select Sora and scroll down the list until you see it. When you see the ability you want to equip, just press the X button to equip it.

@rex2cool222 That game wasn't really good...and by not good I mean the combat mechanics was terrible.

Also, it's just a "bad times" or bad idea to take a optional/side character and give him a game and label it as a FF7 sequel. I mean really, that game really put a bad image on FF7.
