@kdt34wqx Essentially, this is what PSU had in place, according to former VP Tripony: The football program was to be the sole arbiter of counselling and discipline for its players and staff. That's why she left. She was VP-Student adn Judicial Affairs in charge of such for students. But JoePa's football team was off limits, including the players, who (you'd think) were supposed to be studetns first, football players second (yes?). JoePa's fifedom had its own rules. Yeah, well, NCAA is coming in!

Penn State to remove Paterno name from all future mechandise. Vendors given 60 days to sell/give away any Penn State merchandise with a Paterno name or likeness. Nice to see Penn State say they want nothing to do with this man who allowed so much sexual abuse continue for countless years. Your legacy is that of a confused man who cared more about football than you did for childrens lives. Funny that much of his charity work was for the Catholic church. Couldnt he find any non-child rapists.
