Ron Paul is closest to Ronald Reagan.

Actually... correct that. Ronald Reagan is the closest to Ron Paul.

both "crooks" in the sense that they performed illegal acts punishable by removal from office. Who's worse? Who cares, they both did good things and they both did bad things.

Show me where I proclaimed Nixon's greatness. I just compared Nixon and Clinton. He resigned because he knew that impeachment would further harm the country, already torn over Vietnam. It's the same reason he didn't challenge JFK's victory in 1960. He had many faults, but he put the country above his political survival. Clinton did not have that class. Your quip about illegal arms is illogical. What was there to investigate on 9-11? It was ragheads!

That's bull. Why spy on the DNC? That debunks your Nixon logic. Clinton did a good job, look at the state of the country economically. You say that is the result of a Rep. Congress; however, we had the same Rep. House for W.'s first term when the financial downfall began. W.'s approval rating speaks for itself. Only Nixon had one lower. Other than the Lewinsky debacle you have nothing else substaniated about Clinton. It's your unfounded speculation.

As for Bush's approval rating, it demonstrates that the public is unhappy with him. I don't like how he's handled Iraq. He's been too "nice." So, I disapprove. But it's refreshing that he continues doing what he considers to be right, damn the polls. Unlike Slick Willy, who never wanted to upset the apple cart. Leadership versus being voted "Most Popular."

What's right? Are you serious? Driving our economy to shambles? Continuing to increase the national debt with the farce in Iraq? The guy's a moron, the worst possible leader this country needs at times like these. Arrogance should not be mistaken for strong leadership. Arrogance gets soldiers killed with nothing gained only respect lost. That's from experience as I am a veteran.
