Price Product and Service

Hello I'm Don Currie, President of HighTechLending.

As producers of HighTechLending I would like to thank you're for your loyalty to our company as you are our life blood. Last year you helped support of 100 families in some of our nation's toughest times. Thank you.

I am here to talk about the three things that matter to you most; Price. Product and service.

Price;

We compare ourselves to the major lender everyday and while we may not be the price leader in every product, our goal is to keep you competitive in all loan categories. We recently sharpened our pencil and reduced our pricing 30 basis points in all FHA loans, and Mr. Richard Bills, VP of secondary is ready to asset you in any loan that requires special pricing so you don't lose any deal to the competition.

Product:

We want to continually expand our product selection as the market expands. In addition to our in house - conventional, jumbo and FHA loans, we just added two exciting new product; VA for our honored veterans and Reverse mortgages seniors.

Remember, as a broker myself for over 14 years, I understand the need to offer all products on the market today, so brokering loans on peripheral products always available for loans such as 203k, bond programs, super jumbo and private money.

Finally and most important - Service;

Service, Service, service. Our goal is to close loan in less than 30 days. We have just added to our underwriting staff. Our newest addition is Mary Ann, a previous underwriter with HTL with FHA, Convention, VA and Reverse underwriting credentials. We are glad to have her back.

Now Sheryl Faugh, our most experienced underwriter will head up our convention underwriting department. When you submit a conventional loan, Sheryl will be at the helm to get your loan approved and moving quickly to the closing table. And she is always available to discuss your more challenging loans.

In order to meet our goal to get your loans closed in 30 days or less, we will host training of all HTL processors at our corporate headquarter in Irvine, call "processing the perfect package and closing in less than 30 days!"

Additionally, we will be hosting for sales and marketing training for producers with information on the hottest techniques for generating loans by purchasing leads, attracting realtors and closing with honesty and integrity.
