Know offence to Susan Boyle, but Hayley Westerna is SOOOOO much better than her. Hayley is out of Susans Range.

These two singers can't be compared to one another. Pitch perfect Hayley sings this song simply beautifully, with emotion and power. Susan Boyle although is a wonderful singer, is very harsh and sing the song in a lower tone. However she does bring an over powering emotion to the song! They are both marvellous in their own ways and the ways in which they sing cannot be compared. Wonderful video though :)

Comparing Hayley to Susan is like comparing a classical painter to an impressionist.

Hayley is the high pitched "song bird" , her performances are exercises in perfection. Boyle is more Mezzo Soprano, deeper, lower tone (and at this point in the beginning of her career) still maximizing her potential, but already singing with power, depth & stirring emotion.

Sometimes you want perfection, but sometimes you want soul.

Hayley Westerna as a beautiful angelical n clean vice but the power and amazing voice of Susan Boyle is very noticeable comparing to both is no o fence to Hayley which o love her so much but it is what it is

Okay I agreed with the lack of depth in Hayley's voice, but then I saw the date of her performance at the end (2002), I realised she was only 15. You can't compare these two performances, and Hayley has some outstanding performances to her credit now.

@andlowrey I totally agree with you. Susan Boyle puts so much raw emotion and passion in her voice and performance. The other girl is just singing the song with a nice voice and nothing at all. I feel that everyonoe perfer the Hailey girl because she is young and pretty.
