whats the compressor the unit's electric motor is running on the very back of the unit? a gas compressor?

1.5 strokes per minute!
I cant get anything to pump less than 4 strokes per min. I dont know if it's gas or the valves in the pump.

it has a 2in down stroke pump and 27/8 tubbing
3/4 and 5 7/8 rods on top of pump I cant get a 11/2 pump to pump that heavy stuff
