@normalboy64 Well that much we can agree on haha

@NathanRyanAllen I'm not denying the #48 team is amazing. Jimmie wouldn't have 5 straight titles if it wasn't. But the fact of the matter is he DOES have that team. You can't take credit away from an individual just because they have good personel behind them. At the end of the day, Jimmie Johnson is a 5-time consecutive champion.

@normalboy64 Dude you are the idiot. Take Jimmie out of the car and put him with a lousy team and see if he could do the same. He owes all of the credit to his wonderful crew and crew chief. And your a dumbass for calling 35 "incredibly young". Incredibly young is drivers like Joey Logano, Trevor Bayne, and Kyle Busch. I know he has years left in him, but he aint incredibly young.

@NathanRyanAllen I'm a huge NBA and NASCAR fan, and for you to say NASCAR is less individual than basketball makes me laugh and almost automatically eliminates you from seriousness. You obviously know nothing about basketball if you think it's more individial than racing. 35 years old is incredibly young in NASCAR too, most drivers race til their late 40's. He's still got at least 10 good years left in him.

@normalboy64 it is not more individual than basketball. Lebron James led one of the worst NBA teams to the best records in the league and the conference championships BY HIMSELF. the team didn't even make the playoffs after he left. So yes basketball is more player than team. WIthout Johnson's amazing team, he wouldn't havbe come close to 5. BTW johnson is 35 yrs old, thats only 4 yrs younger than Gordon, who is pretty old in the sport.

@NathanRyanAllen You don't get "lucky" 5 years in a row. And secondly, racing isn't an individual sport but it's more individual than basketball. So yes, championships are what I judge greatness by in racing. 54 wins....in about 8 years. He's still incredibly young.
-
@normalboy64 ok first of all, dont get ahead of yourself. I remember years back when it looked like Jeff Gordon was gonna easily break 7, but he hasn't (so far). 2nd of all, Jimmie has gotten incredibly lucky to win 5. Sure he is a good driver, but he has had an incredible amount of luck which has helped him win the championships. 3rd of all, my guess is that you base greatness off of championships? Well do you think that bill russell is a greater player than michael jordan? + only 54 wins.

Kicks for 6?

I honestly believe that Jimmie Johnson was already secured himself to be at least the 3rd greatest driver in the history of NASCAR behind Petty and Earnhardt, and if he wins more than 7 (which is completely possible) he may even be considered better because of his consecutive titles AND the period he's driving in.

Loved this video!

Anybody that doesn't like Jimmie Johnson can go fuck theirself. He's a stand up dude & wins fair & square. He doesn't talk shit about anybody. All you people that hate on this dude are just jealous because he's got a life & you don't.
