I know plenty of musicians who play with crappy singers. Come on, Lellis sticks out like a sore thumb in this number. I have no clue why Horta is playing with him. Listen to his Tom Lellis - Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas on youtube and compare it to Rosemary Clooney's or Bing Crosby's versions. If he's among the best of today, then the state of jazz singers is dire.

@darkoanton5 Well I really think you should be more open to his feel in music and more so what he bring's to the table, than how he sound's he could be so many people how he put forward him music give it a chance.

@pipes84u I will grant him this. I went to hear his material on his CD and he is much better on the CD versions then the live versions. But, I still wouldn't purchase them.

@pipes84u Check all the responses bud. I couldn't careless if he made a 100 CDs with Horta. I can tell you those would be the ones I wouldn't take for free. Just check out fomomoto3 comment below. Shall I search the rest of the songs for more who agree with us.

@pipes84u What? exactly are you trying to say? Lellis sings with stiff rhythm and occasionally bumps into a note that is actually on pitch (apparently by accident).
