The reason this guy won't let you in the house because he doesn't own the house. I live two houses up and saw this video. I even told the homeowners about this video. Number one. Shoot whoever edited this video. This ain't exactly CRIBS homeboy.
Two. You couldn't pick a bigger douche to talk about a great architect. Did you catch the best part of this video when the guy is trying to make a cool entrance and trips on the pathway at 1:15. Priceless.
And Three. Shut the hell up about your busted ass roof. We don't want to see your cheap ikea crap inside anyway.

Is this a joke? This is terrible. Since you made this yourself, why didnt you just wait until you could film on a day when the roofers werent there? There is no foreplay? WTF. I love Eichlers but this is stupid. You are the reason people hate people from L.A.
