i cant believe i was there for it. this is recorded from the pepsi porch in right field. me and my brother were talking about it when he came up saying i shoulda made a 500 sign but only if he hits it and then he hits it!!!! congrats gary sheffield and thanks for making me a part of history

i think i had my finger on the speaker when i recorded it. thats why the volumes low. i hear it too its not loud but all the others are loud

haha ok the only two things that came to mind was 1. the guy talking sounds an awful lot like stan marsh's dad. 2. the crowd seemed kinda weak, meaning not the guy recording. maybe it was just the camera.

i was at the game also by the first base line...its a nice stadium but no where near as loud as shea was.....R.I.P Shea..... also i miss walking down the ramp at shea after the game with everyone screaming "lets go mets" and the always classic "yankees suck" ..instead the new stadium has the boring ass stairs that all u see is the parking lot instead of the looking into queens from the ramp at shea
