@BOYKOILIEV2008 Tectonic plates move, always have, always will. Moon can probably have little influence on plate tectonic, due to his mass/gravity. HAARP has nothing to do with earthquakes, it is not strong enough (3,600,000 Watts). It can eventually trigger release of some tension in the ground, thus quickening earthquake occurance, but that earthquake would happen in a matter of days anyway. And it can trigger that only directly below those antennae, not on the other side of the world.
