Actually, it isn't normal to squeak on a clarinet. As a performance major, on clarinet, I would know.

hey jkbs123, how can you say that? can u even play a solo? i bet u cant play half the notes of what he's playing! instead of showing him support, u insult him? the soloist was great. and its perfectly NORMAL to squeak on the clarinet. at least the soloist enjoyed himself, and played with expression. im surpirsed u can can bring yourself to saying that. this shows your gigantic lack of musicianship and knowledge about music. soloist, cheers! you did a fantastic job!
