You are exactly right about being appointed as Jurisdictional Bishop. But the criteria for consideration is based on leadership, vision, ecclesiastical representation, and of course - the anointing. Supt. Wooden is in the "running" as in this being a Christian race of sorts, the things done for Christ will ultimately qualify an individual. It is exciitng to watch the changing of the guards - no disrespect to Bishop Woolard.

what is Dr. wooden running for? I not apart of cogic, but i thought you had to be apointed to jurisdictional bishop, is he next in line?
