Macedonian children in Golo Brdo, Republic of Albania began to learn in their mother tongue, the Macedonian language, realized by the Macedonian minority party and financiallly supported by the European Union in cooperation with the civil initiative "We exist" from Prilep, Republic of Macedonia.

I'm glad my country decided to grand these people their most fundamental right, the right to speak their language freely. Although it did take some time, I hope other minority groups in Albania get their right as well. To write bluntly, I did not know until the news that there was a Macedonian ethnicity this large in Albania.
