If there is a God I'm sure he's very proud of Iranian leaders turning an entire nation into terrified, controlled subjects of men in hoods, too old to remember what it is like to live or be young, or laugh or smile. From what I've learned I gather The Shah of Iran was a horrible asshole. But not that interested in how people dressed, acted, etc. As long as you didn't criticize him, you were probably ok. Now, Iran is worse than Soviet Communism. At least the communists let you dance or dress how you wanted. Religion has no place in politics. Peoples beliefs are personal. Politics has to do with how a society chooses to live. And chooses who leads them, not controls every breath they take.
