Glitch City in Pokemon Yellow / Blue / Red

Bring a pokemon with fly!

Enter Safari Zone. Back to the entrance and say No.
Save the game and reboot it.
Then leave Safari Zone.
After 500 steps gone, if you are riding on cycling road or surfing in Cinnabar Island, you will go to Glitch City when you leave Safari Zone.
