Or it could be that Nick broke his board at a near by(3 miles away)desert town skate spot, and doesn't have an extra board,and he really wants to get the trick, so he asks around the town for a skateshop, when all of suden a wierd fat kid comes up and tells nick that some skateboards were thrown in a pile of pipes 3 miles west...so when Nick sees that there's no board, he runs back to the town for his revenge!!!

@jackcantre couldn't agree more. i met nick, he and his friend sean gave me a ride from santa barbara to my house in camarillo because my 'friend' ditched me there... anyways nick is a rad, humble dude whos all about the fun of skating.. damn man, i mean let those no talent celebrities make their mountains of money... none of them will ever know the love and passion that exists in skateboarding. and that love and passion isnt something i would trade for any amount of money. you only live once.
