@TheNataliethompson haha don't worry, if you need to or want to you can do it more than once in a day, I simply say that so that your hair doesn't get too fried or gummy if you don't have a protein treatment.

@admitnotorious Im greally glad you liked it and found it helpful. I just dyed my hair pink and it looks great. One of the best things about being blond is you can change it to anything in a flash. :]

Great video! I saved this to my favorites since I'm considering going blonde. I think I'm going to bleach my extensions so I can dye them pink (I have red hair right now, I'm a natural brunette). Thank you for taking the time to make this! :)

good vid :) the best tip i would give is...wait at least a week inbetween bleaching so your hair doesnt fall out like mine did when i bleached it...i went from black to blonde in 2 days...yeah not good. i lost most my hair. its only just starting to grow back....:)
