This composition is based on the beautiful morning raaga nat bhairav. The compostion is similar to the one composed by Shubhendra's guru Pt Ravi Shankar for his duet with the famous falutist Jean Pierre Rampal in the 1960s. Gao is great. So is Ty's accompaniment. The melody is played pretty much in the north Indian classical music idiom. Shubhen is one of the top sitarists and is known for melodic purity.

看完后, 我对中国的什么琵琶演奏名家为之汗颜, 中国琵琶要到国外才有这样精采的 Mix, 中国五千年文化太沈重, 抱残守缺, 了无新意, greatest performances

This is one of the greatest cross-cultural performances I have ever seen. It is clear that the performers put great seriousness, care, and time into the preparation of this performance.
