it is a welcome development that the new VSU leadership abolished the beauty contest since it has not brought anything good to the university but only excessive expenses (looy kaayo tong mga staff nga gitagaan sa responsibility ug pangayo ug donations from various establishments in ormoc and cebu, walay nay nawong nga ika-atubang after 2 decades of begging only for a useless cause)
