I believe Kuwabara's Nether voice is suppose to be the scientist guy from Aqua Teen Hunger Force rather than a Nappa like voice.

@BIGBOITHEFUTURE No Takahata101 is the voice of Nappa in DBZ abridged. Lani does Vegeta, Piccolo, Kuririn, Shenron, Mr. Popo, Goz. If you go to there site you can see a list of who does which voices.

@McNillan Kuwabara was around long before Nappa. Besides Kuwabara has a slightly higher pitch and his tone is more horsed than Nappa. It's not so pronouce but different. But then again I have very sensitive ears so I pick up on some small details sometimes.
