in india growing up, i would be inspired by street food..so after drinking a very sweet sour tasting summer drink sold by a street vendor one hot summer month, i went back home and sliced cucumbers and squeezed lime over it and sprinkled a dash of salt and pepper...omg...it taste so good...very similar to pickle juice. try it people!
