Malaysian police allowing brutal public to assault a civilian and damage his car

A fight breaks out. Malaysian police stand by and watch/allow fellow citizens to beat the chinese man up till his face bleeds. They also continue to allow his car the be vandalised. Following that, one of the other police officer kicks him too. This is the kind of injustice that takes place in Malaysia. Racist policemen. Hope the officers are brought to justice.

Note that the police were already on the scene from the beginning as the siren can be heard in the background.

The police see a vigilante do his thing, they just stand by and watch? The victim probably did something to get that much of a reaction, but the police simply weren't doing their duty.

You're supposed to be presumed innocent till proven guilty. It's disgraceful for the police to seemingly join in. Even if he were some criminal, you still have to take him into custody, secure the scene, and apprehend ANYONE who shows aggression.

For shame.

I'm British and I've visited your 3rd world country once (Aug 2007) and I'm wondering why the brown monkey police are just standing around doing nothing. This is maybe a little off the subject, but it's actions and people like this that make me wonder WHY "God" punishes the innocent. Yet theirs "animals" like these beating on people with no remorse. My mom was a hard working, loving, caring person with a huge heart yet, "God" decided to take her away out of no where. I will never, ever understand.
