yeah a 50 lbs military press (i never count the weight of the bar, that is for losers) animal??? jajajaja you make me laugh... poor shoulders in those pull ups, worst techinque ever...

@calcetosocko Really, military press..... if your going to comment at least know what exercise to make fun of. Thrusters are a Front Squat/PUSH PRESS combo. And lets see you crank out 45 reps a 95#. BTW you count the bar, because it has its own weight. Go back to planet fitness.
