    Doctors advise against powerlifting, yes. So do chiropractors and physiotherapists.

    Quit the whole expert act you dont know what you are talking about, you just came across the video, and having done no research you thought you would try and impress everyone with your assumptions. Just shut up, or do some research, cite some studies, and stop making yourself look bad.

    How the fuck is something frequent if it isnt even every week? If you smoke a cigarette a month it won't do shit to you. Ask a doctor if you should ever eat fast food, drink alcohol, or even lift anything over 20 pounds. Of course they are gonna say dont do it they dont care if you set a new record.

    Ask ANY doctor if sniffing ammonia to help you make a big lift is unhealthy, see how long they keep a straight face for.
