A variation of segments from my long program. We're trying to use the least amount of crossovers (cross-cuts) as possible, which means plenty of edge changes and turns!
Right now we are fooling around with different transitions, footwork and spiral sequence. We want to get high levels on everything I do so we'll be tweaking for quite some time to make everything perfect.
So far, the footwork in this program is killer, so is the spiral sequence, and the transitions. They look easy enough but I promise you they are tricky. Also need to regain flexibility in my spiral sequence, but all in good time! I'm feeling very positive and happy with this program :)

what is the the spiral at 1:25 called?

@carlsonsk8ter Hello! I believe it's called a "fan" spiral. Surya Bonaly of France was the first person I saw doing it (back in the mid 1990's) and it has evolved since. It gets you a higher degree of difficulty in your sequence, but I don't much like them! I've never been a fan of showing my crotch to the audience hahaha. Excuse the rudeness!
