  • @REDeyedTREEfrog55

    that's called overtones

  • Awesome! I can't believe this is all french horns!

  • @sixty9fordkiller They played it in 81, 82 and 83. They also had it in their I&E small ensemble in 96 (took 1st).. BD is the only DCI corps play it, but several DCA and international corps have played it

  • do you have the arrangement for this?!

  • I played 2nd on this. I am not a corps guy and admit when I got asked to play I didn't expect much in the way of quality and I was blown away when I got there. The recording session was brutal. Two straight shots through the tunes and no fixing mistakes. The recordings are amazingly clean all things considered.

Chris nailed that double B every time except once during rehearsal, but just as he was stuck on Bb an ambulance drove by and wailed out the B. It was perfect.

I am proud to be on it.

  • They WAIL!!!!!

  • This definitely ain't bad.

Try "Vienna Horns Back Future". WHAMMO!

  • Oh sh*t that ending was unbelievable.

  • @dakjarcherry they first played it in 1982. They also played it in 1983 but the arrangement was a bit different at the beginning
